Elsa is a leader with over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. She is currently the CFO of Momentum Metropolitan Health. Elsa joined Momentum in 2008 in the Employee Benefits area after stints at Alexander Forbes and NMG. She was appointed the head of fund accounting and thereafter moved to being the head of finance for employee benefits and group risk insurance. She moved to the Health business in 2015. She currently has accountability for the BBBEE scorecard of the Health business, which has a separate scorecard to the group. She sits on the Transformation Committee of the Group and is an alternate trustee on the FundsAtWork Retirement Funds.
