Lulama is an experienced Finance Business Leader with over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, including banking and insurance.  After completing her articles at Standard Bank, Lulama spent a further 4 years at Standard Bank and later joined Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Ltd. She is currently the CEO of the Balance Sheet Management function at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings.  She is also a seasoned credit professional, having honed her craft through over nine years as an analyst and continues to serve as an executive member of the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Executive Credit Committee as well as a non-executive member of the Aluwani Capital Partners’ Credit Committee.

Lulama is passionate about the youth development and transformation of businesses. She serves as a Trustee on the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Masikhulise Enterprise and Supplier Development Trust and is a Non-Executive Director of SilverBridge Holdings Ltd, a software services company listed on the JSE’s Alt-X and Aluwani Capital Partners, a growing Investment Management business operating in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana.  Lulama is also the Training Officer for the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings SAICA Training Programme.  She serves on the board of the African Women Chartered Accountants Forum (NPC) (AWCA), a non-profit organisation focused on the development of black female Chartered Accountants in South Africa.
